Bob Aston's vision began in 1998 and founded TowneBank in 1999, which is now the largest bank chartered in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Billy provides leadership to oversee the overall growth and profitability of TowneBank.

Lee Clark oversees bank operations and human resources.

Matt Davis leads Towne’s continued growth in its North Carolina markets, which are among the fastest growing for the Company and represent areas of focused expansion in the next decade.

Denys oversees the entire technology operations and development for TowneBank and its family of companies.

Dawn holds company-wide responsibility for executive oversight of human resources, marketing, private banking, retail banking, product development, and process improvement — along with setting the standards for exquisite member and employee experiences.

Bill Littreal is responsible for managing the company’s finances, including financial planning, management of financial risk, recordkeeping, and reporting.

Will oversees the Company’s non-banking lines of business, including residential mortgage, insurance, real estate brokerage, wealth management, and vacation property management.

Ernest is accountable for the effective governance of risk programs for the company and has oversight of the risk management and vendor management teams.

Phil is responsible for the day-to-day oversight and administration of the bank’s $8 billion loan portfolio, establishing internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure quality.

Brian Skinner is responsible for the executive oversight of the specialty banking lines of real estate finance, commercial real estate finance, and automotive dealer finance across our markets in Virginia and Northeastern North Carolina.
