If you currently have a TowneBank Checking Or Savings Account
You can conveniently pay your TowneBank loan through online or mobile banking* either by making a transfer or even with Loan Pay to set up payments from an account at another financial institution.
More About Loan Pay
Pay your loan online with our Loan Pay service. Make an online payment to your TowneBank loan with a checking or savings account you own at another financial institution. It's easy, secure, and complimentary!If you're not using online or mobile banking, get started and enroll in Towne-Personal Online Banking. Your enrollment will be approved within 1-2 business days. Once approved you can log in and schedule a one-time or recurring payment from any eligible account.
Ready to make a payment?
- Log into Towne-Personal or Towne-Biz
- Navigate to and select Loan Pay from the main navigation
- Validate ownership of the external account (this may take 1-2 business days)
Once your payment account is validated, you can make either one-time or recurring payments.
Prefer mobile?
Loan Pay is available through the TowneBank Mobile Banking app. Download the TowneBank Mobile Banking app for both personal and business accounts in just minutes on the App Store, or via Google Play.

Current TowneBank members should enroll in online or mobile banking* and use the Transfer option or Loan Pay to make payments to your TowneBank loan.
Transfers
With Transfers you can simply make a one-time transfer from your TowneBank checking or savings account. Or, set up re-curring transfers so you don't have to think about making your payment each month.
Loan Pay
If you are a current TowneBank checking or savings account holder and would like to set up a loan payment from another financial institution, we encourage you to use Loan Pay within TowneBank online banking. You can view a demo here. -
If you are late on a loan payment you will be charged a late fee that is dependent on the specifics of your loan contract.

As a courtesy, TowneBank sends billing notices for all loans and lines of credit, regardless of how the payment is made. If your payment is made automatically through ACH or online banking, you may simply retain the billing notice for your records. -

You can choose the most convenient payment method that fits your needs:- If you are making payment to your TowneBank auto loan and do not have a TowneBank checking or savings account, we recommend Loan Pay Plus. You can easily make a payment with your debit card. Payments above $5,000 cannot be accepted through this service.

Yes, you can pay over the phone. Please contact our Towne Member Care Team at 844-673-1511, M-F, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM. During the call, you will be asked to provide the bank account and routing number for the account you wish to pay. -
Yes! Anybody can pay off the loan, although the title rights and/or responsibilities solely belong to the party listed on the title and loan. Please contact Towne Member Care at 844-673-1511, M-F from 8:30 AM - 6PM EST for your payoff amount.
