LEAD Program at TowneBank

The LEAD Program is a three-year management development program at TowneBank built specifically for new talent to our organization. It provides the opportunity to learn about the foundations of financial services, as well as, leadership positions at TowneBank, immersed in our culture of caring. The program positions young professionals for future management roles and life-long career success. We believe that recruiting diverse talents with unique experiences inspires innovation and promotes success for the entire Towne family.

    • Acquire a completed bachelor's degree by August 2024
    • Educational coursework required:
      • Accounting: financial and managerial
      • Economics

    • Preferred additional coursework:
      • Introduction to Finance 
      • Commercial Banking or Money and Banking
      • Statistics

    The LEAD program includes a strong focus on our mission of serving others and enriching lives, from both the professional and philanthropic perspective. 
  • The spring application deadline for the July 2024 class is March 15, 2024. First-round HR interviews will be held virtually in March and April. The second round of Executive Panel interviews will be held in person in May.
