Center for Financial Training

TowneBank employees are encouraged to take courses offered through the Center for Financial Training and Education Alliance to pursue further knowledge, certifications, or certain licenses.

Continuing Education Reimbursement

TowneBank family members can take advantage of outside training opportunities including seminars designed specifically for the financial industry, online and self-paced courses, and courses at local accredited community colleges and universities. Graduate level courses, MBA programs, and specialized programs/schools, such as technology, are also eligible for reimbursement up to a stated amount.  

Towne Learning Zone

All TowneBank family members have access to a full collection of online training courses in the Towne Learning Zone. Courses range from compliance to marketing, communication, leadership, security, management wellness and more. Courses are taught online or in person and they can either be self-paced or in a structured setting.

Financial Fitness Benefits

  • Through our partnership with Principal, employees have the opportunity to invest in a retirement account with employer contributions. Principal offers tools such as the retirement wellness planner and online tools that make it easy to adjust your contributions and track success.
