Welcome to Towne24 for Business

As part of your transition from Dogwood State Bank to TowneBank on November 2, 2026, your Business Online Banking and Treasury Management services will move to Towne24, TowneBank's online and mobile banking platform. This page outlines important dates, service interruptions, and action items to help you prepare for a smooth transition.

Prepare to Re-establish Services

Admins will need to log in before sub-users to re-establish their connections. After your first login in Towne24, you will need to: 

  • Company Administrators will need to log in before sub-users to re-establish connections
  • Re-enroll in electronic statements
  • Re-establish account alerts and notifications
  • Verify account information and system settings
BILL PAY USERS

PLEASE NOTE:

Bill Pay will be unavailable beginning as early as 1 PM on October 30 through November 2 while account information is transferred. Please schedule any critical payments before October 30 to ensure payment continuation during this time.

Additional instructions will be provided before November 2, regarding:

  • Existing payees
  • Recurring payments
  • Pending payments
  • Payment history
  • Approval workflows
  • Admins logging in before users to re-establish sub-user access
ACH USERS

PLEASE NOTE:

ACH files cannot be originated beginning as early as 1 PM on October 30 through November 2 while account information is transferred.

Please plan ahead for: 

  • Payroll processing
  • Vendor payments
  • Customer collections
  • Any other ACH activity

All ACH files that must be processed during conversion weekend should be submitted and fully approved by the deadlines communicated to you by your Treasury Management team.

FIRST LOGIN REQUIREMENTS

Company Administrators must log into Towne24 before other users can access certain services. Additional administrative instructions will be provided before conversion weekend.

After your first login, you may need to: 

  • Re-establish Bill Pay access
  • Review and assign user permissions
  • Confirm approval rights and workflows
  • Verify security settings

Forced Posting of Incoming ACH Activity

Certain ACH debits and credits received may be posted earlier than their originally scheduled effective date. As a result, some transactions that would normally post on a future processing date may appear in your account after November 2.

Quicken and QuickBooks may be unavailable for 3-5 days. Please visit our Toolkit for instructions to reconnect your accounts when the systems become available.

ICS Accounts

ICS® Business Account Holders

If you participate in the ICS® (Insured Cash Sweep®) Program

What to know: 

  • Your ICS relationship will continue following the transition.
  • ICS balances and rates will be visible in Towne24.
  • Transaction activity will continue to be available through the IntraFi portal.
  • If you currently receive email statements, our Treasury team will send additional instructions before November 2.
  • Some ICS users will receive new credentials after conversion, but will be contacted prior to November 2.

Mobile Deposit Users

Mobile Deposit will be available on November 2 with temporary limits that may be lower than your current deposit limit.

What to know: 

  • You will need to download the Towne24 mobile app on November 2.
  • Temporary deposit limits will be available until November 3. 
  • Multiple-check mobile deposits will no longer be supported within the mobile banking app. If you wish to continue using this service, we recommend talking to your banker about Remote Deposit Capture at TowneBank.
  • Certain fee structures may change.

What to know: 

  • You will be contacted before November 2 by our Treasury Member Care team for updated token information and setup instructions. These will be needed for payment approvals in Towne24.

Here are some common account questions we'd love to answer for you.


  • Plan ahead for payroll processing, vendor payments, customer collections, and any other ACH activity. ACH files should be submitted and fully approved by the deadlines provided by your Treasury Management team.
  • If your business uses security tokens for authentication, TowneBank's Treasury Member Care team will contact you before November 2 with updated token information and instructions.

  • After your first login, you may need to re-enroll in electronic statements, re-establish alerts and notifications, verify account information and settings, and review user permissions, approval rights, and security settings. As a reminder, Company Administrators will need to log in before all other users and grant user access. 
  • Your ICS® relationship will continue following the transition. ICS balances and rates will be visible in Towne24, and transaction activity will continue to be available through the IntraFi portal.

  • We recommend downloading and saving any records you may need, including ACH reports, ACH origination history, statements, and other transaction reports before October 30.


  • Schedule any critical payments before October 30 to help ensure payments are processed without interruption. However, please know that all recurring payments will process as expected.

You will receive login instructions on Monday, November 2 via email. Please ensure all contact information is up to date in the Dogwood Online Banking system.
