Before Friday, June 19
Perform a Final Transaction Download
Action Required:

Before Monday, June 22
Activate Your Connection to Towne24
Action Required:
You will complete the deactivation/reactivation of your online banking connection to ensure your current Quicken or QuickBooks accounts are set up with the new connection.

After June 22
Manually Download Transactions
Important to Note:
Quicken and QuickBooks connection services will be temporarily unavailable for up to 5 business days. During this time, you won't be able to automatically download transactions using:
- Quicken (Windows/Mac) - Express Web Connect/ Quicken Connect
- QuickBooks Online (QBO) - Aggregation
To keep your records up to date, we recommend manually downloading your transactions as a QFX or QBO file during the outage. This will help you stay on track until services are restored.
