Business Remote Deposit Capture
Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) will continue at TowneBank, allowing your business to securely deposit checks from your office and manage deposits more efficiently. Your company will need to be set up to make deposits into your TowneBank account with your Remote Deposit Capture system. This change will require software updates to properly map your scanner to your TowneBank account. Beginning in October, we will email the Company Administrator for your Remote Deposit connection with instructions on how to schedule an appointment with Benchmark Technology Group to walk you through the necessary steps. If you have not made your appointment by October 30, you will need to call our support team or visit a local TowneBank office to make deposits after November 2.
