Your Online Banking Transition Guide
Welcome to Towne24!
On November 2, you'll begin using Towne24, TowneBank's online and mobile banking platform. This page outlines everything you need to know to ensure a smooth transition, including key dates, what to expect during your first login, and actions you'll need to take after your account is moved.

Expected Downtime
Online and Mobile Banking will become unavailable beginning October 30 at 5 PM. During this time, online and mobile banking services, bill pay, and person-to-person payments will not be available.

Mobile Deposit Users
Mobile Deposit will be available on November 2 with temporary limits that may be lower than your current deposit limit.

- You will need to download the Towne24 mobile app on November 2.
- Temporary deposit limits will be available until November 3.
Quicken, QuickBooks® & Plaid Users
Quicken and QuickBooks may be unavailable for 3-5 days. Please visit our Toolkit for instructions to reconnect your accounts when the systems become available.

Plaid Exchange Users
If you have linked Dogwood accounts using Plaid Exchange, you will need to re-link the account using this URL.
Card Controls with Card Suite Pro®
If you currently use card controls, starting on November 2, you will need to download and use the Card Suite Pro app to:
- Activate your card.
- Freeze and unfreeze your debit card.
- Manage card usage controls.
- Receive card transaction alerts.
Additional instructions for downloading and enrolling into Card Suite Pro will be provided prior to November 2.

Check Your Username
If your online banking username contains only numbers, it is recommended that you log in to Dogwood Online Banking and change it before October 30.Review Your Scheduled Payments
Make sure any important bill payments or transfers are established before October 30.

If your loan and the account you pay from are both at Dogwood, the payment information will transfer to Towne24. However, you will need to log in and re-establish the date for any recurring transfer.

While the details about your existing transfers will carry over to Towne24, we recommend that you review the information and establish the scheduled date.

No. Existing alerts will not transfer.
After logging into Towne24, you will need to create any account, balance, security, or transaction alerts you wish to receive. -
Your Bill Pay information is expected to transfer; however, you must have all payments you would like to process scheduled in the Dogwood system by October 30. -
Yes. Former Dogwood customers will need to download and use the Towne24 mobile banking app. Additional download instructions will be provided prior to November 2. -
No. You will need to re-enroll in paperless statements after logging into Towne24. -
Most customers will continue to use their existing online banking username.
If your current username is entirely numeric, we recommend that you log into Dogwood Online Banking before the transition and update it to meet Towne24 requirements.

No. For security purposes, Zelle enrollments do not transfer. You will need to re-enroll in Zelle within Towne24 after your first login and re-establish your contacts.
