Continue to use your Dogwood debit card until November 1 and be on the lookout for your new TowneBank debit card arriving mid-October. 

Debit Card Changes

You can continue to use your current Dogwood Debit card through Sunday, November 1. As early as October 19, you will receive your NEW TowneBank Debit Card. Your Personal Identification Number (PIN) would have arrived in a separate mailer. Please wait to activate and begin using your new card until Monday, November 2.

Please contact our Towne Member Care team at 844-638-6714, M-F, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM if you do not receive a new debit card.

In order to offer debit cards with contactless or ‘tap and go‘ payment features, all new and replacement debit cards will be ordered through and delivered by our card provider. We are pleased to share that you can add these cards to mobile wallets for smartphones and smartwatches. Most cards mail within 7 to 10 business days. Expedited delivery is available.

Pin Reminders and Resets

If you need a PIN reminder or reset for any account, please contact Towne Member Care at 844-638-6714 on or after November 2 to request a new PIN mailer.

Health Savings Account (HSA) Debit Cards

Members with HSA accounts will receive a TowneBank HSA debit card and separate PIN mailer as early as October 19. This card clearly displays "Health Savings Account" on the the front to differentiate it from other cards you carry.

Your TowneBank debit card will grant you access to the Allpoint ATM Network, giving youallpoint-logo the freedom to get cash how you want it, without ATM surcharge fees, at over 55,000 conveniently located ATMs. Look for the Allpoint sign at popular retailers such as Circle K, CVS, Harris-Teeter, Kroger, Target, Walgreens, Wawa, and Wegmans.

Card Controls with Card Suite Pro® 

If you currently use card controls, starting on November 2, you will need to download and use the Card Suite Pro app to: 

  • Activate your card. 
  • Freeze and unfreeze your debit card. 
  • Manage card usage controls.
  • Receive card transaction alerts.

Additional instructions for downloading and enrolling into Card Suite Pro will be provided prior to November 2.
