The terms and conditions of your existing Dogwood loan or line of credit will remain the same. Your due dates will also continue as they have in the past. Collateral holds on deposits will remain in place. However, your Dogwood loan account number will change to align with TowneBank system settings.

What to know about loan account numbers
- Your new TowneBank loan number(s) will appear on your first billing notice and will be available in online banking on November 2, 2026.
- For your convenience, we will be able to reference your former loan account number at any time.
- All TowneBank account numbers include a 10-digit loan number followed by a 5-digit note number.

Paying Your Loan
You can continue to pay your loan using the same payment method. Please review the notes below to ensure a smooth transition. For your first loan payment on or after November 1, 2026, please use your current Dogwood billing notice.
- Make your payment at any TowneBank office
- Continue to use an automatic draft/ACH
- Continue to make your payments online through online banking

Yes. We offer Loan Pay Plus, an online service that allows you to easily make a payment to your car, RV, boat, or any other vehicle loan with a debit card or account outside of TowneBank. Learn more about Loan Pay here.

If you use online banking to make payments from your Dogwood checking account, you may need to reschedule these transfers in the Towne24 online banking system on or after November 2.

Please contact your banker by April 30, 2027, to order complimentary TowneBank Equity Line checks. In the interim, you may continue to use your existing Dogwood Home Equity Line checks. Please shred and discard your Dogwood checks once you receive a new supply.

If your loan payment is auto-drafted from an existing Dogwood account, this service will continue as scheduled through your TowneBank account.

You will receive your monthly billing notice at approximately the same time frame as before. Please refer to your original loan documents for grace periods and any late charges that may apply.
