Morgan Davis is the Chief Executive Officer of TowneBank. A founding officer and director of the company, Morgan oversees the growth and profitability of TowneBank. He is a graduate of Old Dominion University and served as the founding President and CEO of Princess Anne Commercial Bank for 13 years prior to the formation of TowneBank. Active in the community, Morgan has served on the boards for dozens of profit and nonprofit organizations throughout his 40 plus year banking career.
