No, any current Card Controls settings did not carry over to Card Suite Pro. This means that if you had your card set to 'Off' in Card Controls, it reverted to being 'On' when the new app went live. We recommend downloading the new app and using the Freeze function to turn your card 'Off' if this is your preferred setting.

Yes, Card Suite Pro replaces Card Control and will, for a time, be a separate app. However, we will transition it to an in-app experience in the coming months.

We have learned that if your social security number includes zeroes in the first three places, you will be unable to enroll in Card Suite Pro at this time. If you do not have zeroes in the first three places of your social security number, please contact our Towne Member Care Team at 844-638-6714, M-F, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM for further assistance.

First, you will need to download the app from your favorite app store and you will need a valid TowneBank debit card (i.e., a card that is not expired).
- Download the app
- Select 'Sign Up'
- Enter the card number, name on the card, and expiration date or you can scan the card image.
- Enter the CVV number
- You will then enter personal information to verify it’s you.
- Accept the 'Terms and Conditions' and 'Privacy Policy'
- Create a User account.
- Include a username (it can only include letters and numbers, no special characters).
- Create your password (8-12 characters in length, one upper case, one lower case, one number and one special character.)
- The account is then created.
- You will then enter the mobile phone number, your first and last name, optional email address.
- You will then be prompted to verify your mobile number with a one-time passcode.
- Then, you can log in for the first time with the username and password you created.
After your first successful login, you can set up 'fast login' with biometrics. -
- Log in and select the profile menu, an option that may include your initials, found in the upper, right-hand corner.
- Select, 'Add a New Card' from the list of options and follow the prompts to enter your new card.
For your convenience, you can select 'Cards' from the screen and swipe left to a screen that says, 'Add a New Card'

Please report your card missing by contacting our Towne Member Care team at 844-638-6714, M-F, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM. They will be able to assist in ordering you a new card. -
There is a comprehensive list of merchant categories you can select to restrict your card from being used.
In addition to upper-level categories like 'Age Restricted' you are also provided with sub-categories like 'Drinking Places,' 'Gambling,' 'ABC Stores,' etc.
To view the entire list, open the app, select 'Card View' and then select 'Controls'. Select the third option, 'Merchant Controls' and then 'Categories.' -

To freeze your card:
From the 'Cards' tab in the Card Suite Pro app:- Select the card you would like to control
- Tap on the 'Freeze' button
- Tap 'Yes, Freeze Card'

We understand why this change may feel less convenient at first. Card Suite Pro is temporarily offered as a separate app to ensure all TowneBank debit cardholders—across multiple banking platforms and account types—continue to have consistent access to card control features during this transition period.
TowneBank currently supports several groups of debit cardholders on different digital banking systems. Offering Card Suite Pro as a standalone app allows us to provide uninterrupted card control functionality for everyone while we complete broader technology updates.
This is not a permanent change. Within the coming year, Card Suite Pro features will be integrated back into TowneBank’s online and mobile banking experience, bringing card controls back to a single, convenient place—along with enhanced security and functionality.
