Wonderful customer service. I came in to deposit a check. I left and left my sunglasses on the counter. The lovely teller chased me down outside and returned them to me. She was so nice.

  • Yes, the TowneBank location in the Village area of Richmond, VA does have an ATM. For your convenience, our ATM is drive-up, envelope free and touch screen enabled. Please refer to our deposit cut off times for details about when funds will be made available for ATM deposits. 
  • Lobby hours for the Village location are Monday through Friday from 9 AM – 5 PM.
  • Yes, we have treasury management advisors here ready to assist clients in strategy and other business objectives.
  • Yes, we do have merchant services advisors at TowneBank Village location. Call or stop in to make an appointment and we’ll learn more about your business and needs.
