Business Online Banking Transition

Business Online Banking Transition

Old Point members will log into online banking through TowneBank.com beginning February 9, 2026. This guide includes helpful information for you to ensure a smooth transition.

Business Online Banking

Great news! We are pleased to offer access to the same online and mobile banking services you enjoy today. Your username and password will remain the same. Your mobile application will automatically update if that feature is enabled on your device; otherwise, you will need to download the newest version available on February 9, 2026.

What You Can Do Now:

  • We will send emails regarding this transition including pertinent information about downtime and service changes leading up to the weekend of February 6. It is important that the email address attached to your Old Point online banking profile is up to date.
  • Review your user profiles and entitlements for accuracy.
  • If you use fingerprint login or FaceID^ on the mobile banking app, please make note of your username and password as you will need to enter them the first time you log into the updated app on or after February 9, 2026.

As account information is updated from February 6-8, online banking services may be temporarily unavailable, beginning as early as 12:00 PM on Friday, February 6. We recommend that you plan to do your online banking before or after the weekend to ensure optimum access.
