Frequently Asked Questions

Towne-Biz is designed with a sole proprietor in mind. It features a simple interface, and business owners can see both personal and business accounts in one place. It allows business owners to grant limited access to someone like a bookkeeper or an accountant. However, Towne-Biz does not feature tools like Zelle for Business, Autobooks, Wires, or ACH transactions. Those services can be accessed through Business Online Banking.
Business Online Banking is a more robust platform where business owners can access treasury and payment services.
