Over the last 28 years, PC&A Business Environments has perfected the art of Interior Design. “What we do is create designs that shares who a company says they are—their identity,” says Susan Pilato, co-owner, co-founder, and president. “Our designs, provide visual cues to convey the branding identity of the company we represent.” Susan and her partner, Donna Counts, have a mantra: “Design is in the details” and every project installation proves this point.

In addition to designing many of the TowneBank offices and branches, PC&A Business Environments have been TowneBank members since 2005. They enjoy loan and deposit relationships, and have their business insurance with Towne. “TowneBank takes care of our financial needs so we can focus on what we do best—design,” says Susan Pilato.
