Take Action! In order to receive text messages or phone calls regarding suspicious activity on your ATM/debit card, please contact your hometown banker to verify that we have your up-to-date contact information, especially your mobile phone number.
Getting started is simple. Log into Towne-Personal, select 'Alerts and Notifications' from the 'Additional Services' menu. Please make sure to verify that we have your most recent contact information by selecting 'My Settings' from the top right hand corner. From there, review your contact information and make any necessary changes to your email address. To update your primary address or phone number, contact your hometown banker.
