I used my account to check my car on the web and was taken 25$ every week, I knew it was my fault so I went to the bank to report it without asking for a refund, just asking not to let it withdraw my bank, but every service is sketchy, they just call to say the other party but still withdraw, I know it's because I actively use it, so I went to the bank 3 times to notify, they said ok to call, wait the money will be refunded but the account is still being withdrawn, are they protecting my account, I went to the bank to notify time 3, they just said NEXT TiME you come to change the bank but don't do it right away for me,

My experience was ok until I deposited a cashiers check, only to reconcile my book next day and found that a stop payment had been placed on my CCK. My check was good for a year. Someone in deposit services assumed that I had lost it, I didn’t, just did not want to use it yet. Only reason I deposited now was I know it’s coming to end of the year and end of the quarter, and general ledgers have to be balanced. It would have made more sense for someone to call me and ask if my item was lost, not just arbitrarily place stop pymnt. So my deposit was returned and I incurred a return item fee (which the O P branch refunded). I can honestly say this should not have happened. Thank you, Barbara Passmore
