TowneBank in Norfolk Celebrates 20 Years!

In May, TowneBank celebrated a milestone – 20 years of TowneBank in Norfolk. The office on Main Street in downtown opened in 2005 to bring the Towne style of relationship banking to Norfolk.
It is amazing to think how far TowneBank Norfolk has come, from zero deposits in 2005 to second in deposit market share among all banks in Norfolk. Today, Towne has four banking offices in Norfolk – Downtown, Ghent, Wards Corner, and Harbor’s Edge. Norfolk is also the headquarters for Towne Financial Services Group located in Towne Tower at 3 Commercial Place.
We are grateful for the support we have received from the city of Norfolk over these last 20 years and look forward to continuing to serve the Mermaid City in the years to come.
