Along with our new, modern design there are some additional features you'll find in the new system:
- If you did not use the Dashboard feature, there will no longer be limits to the number of accounts on your Welcome page. You can simply select the 'View More' tab and view your additional accounts.
- You can now customize the order your accounts display on the Welcome page.
- All approvals are now located under a centralized location. This means you can approve ACH, wires, transfers and more in one convenient location.
- Commonly accessed tabs such as 'Favorites' can be saved so you can access them quickly.

The new system features responsive design which is a technology that allows you to view your account information through Business Online Banking on any device. This design also required us to simplify the navigation for ease of use on smaller screens.

No, your existing Business Online Banking login credentials will continue to work in the new system.

Your Business Online Banking account and transaction information remained the same, and no action is required on your part.

Yes, the calendar and balance trend dashboard information panels are no longer be available in Business Online Banking. All other services from the previous dashboard are still available through either the new Welcome page interface or through the corresponding product tab. For example, Next Scheduled Requests are available by selecting "Money Management" (previously 'Transfers and Payments') from the main menu and then selecting 'Scheduled Requests' from the dropdown.

If you need to reset your Business Online Banking password, enter your company and user ID on the login screen and select the 'Login' button. Then select 'Forgot Your Password' on the next screen.

Unfortunately, we were not able to carry over individual dashboard preferences with this refresh.

Yes, existing templates you had set up in Business Online Banking were not impacted and carried over to the new system.

Yes, you still have access to previous information.

Yes, there was no impact to existing recurring transactions.

Yes. The new platform has a responsive, touch-centric design that provides a consistent experience regardless of the device you use.

Yes, there was no impact to the retention of transaction data or statements.

Yes, all saved Favorites (and reports) were carried forward into the new experience.

You can check the ‘Hold’ box to exclude specific transactions.

There were not any changes to the Business Mobile Banking app at this time and no action is required for app users.

There were a few navigational changes in Business Online Banking:
- If you did not use the Dashboard feature, there are no longer limits to the number of accounts that show on the Welcome page. Simply select the 'View More' tab and additional accounts will display.
- The accounts on the Welcome page can now be customized to display in any order.
- Accounts now display based on account group (i.e. checking accounts, savings accounts)
- There will no longer be an action dropdown box for 'Manage My Loan'. Simply click on the three dots (...), and the 'Manage Loan' options will display.
- All approvals are located under one centralized location. To access them, select the 'Approvals' tab located on the top right-hand side of each page.
- The previous 'Transfers and Payments' tab is now titled 'Money Movement.'
- The sub tabs of Internal Transfer, External Transfer, and Multiple Account Transfer are now listed in one centralized location under 'Transfer Money.'
- Commonly accessed tabs can be saved as 'Favorites' and accessed quickly from the 'Favorites' (star symbol) icon in the top left-hand corner of each page.
