Available in Towne-Personal Online and Mobile Banking, Card Control is a simple and secure way for you to manage and monitor your debit card transactions. Use Card Control to help keep your debit cards safe and receive instant notifications whenever and wherever your card is used.

With Card Control, you can:

  • Turn your debit card on or off
  • Set transaction controls
  • Get real-time alerts when the card is used
  • Set spending limits
  • Prevent fraud

Use these settings to set a 'Decline' or set an 'Alert' if your debit card is used in a place where your mobile phone is not within a few miles.

Set a 'Decline' or receive an 'Alert' if your debit card is used with certain merchant such as department stores, grocery stores, etc. 
Spending Limits

Spending Limits

Set a specific dollar amount to decline or receive an alert for. You can also receive messages if your monthly transactions go above a specified dollar amount.

Set your card to automatically be declined and send alerts if your debit card is used for certain types of transactions such as ATM withdrawals or online purchases.

How Do I Access Card Control?

Simply download the TowneBank Mobile Banking app for your Android or iPhone or log into Towne-Personal Online and Mobile Banking.

From the App:

Once the TowneBank Mobile Banking app is downloaded, select 'More' from your navigation menu, then select 'Card Control'.

From Your Desktop:

Once logged into Towne-Personal Online and Mobile Banking, navigate to 'Additional Services,' then select 'Card Control'.
