  • If you need to enroll in Towne-Personal/Biz, download the TowneBank Mobile Banking and and select 'Sign Up' from the bottom left. Complete the required fields before submitting your enrollment form. You will receive a confirmation email once your enrollment is complete. If you are already enrolled in Towne-Personal/Biz, you do not need to enroll again to use mobile banking. Simply download the app and log in using the username and password you previously established.

    Normal credit approval criteria apply.

  • The easiest way to make a loan payment is through our Loan Pay service. Make an online payment to your TowneBank loan with a checking or savings account you own at another financial institution. It's easy, secure, and free!

    Ready to make a payment?
    • Log into Towne-Personal or Towne-Biz
    • Navigate to select Loan Pay from the main menu
    • Validate ownership of the external account (this may take 1-2 business days)
    Once your payment account is validated, you can make either one-time or recurring payments.

    If you need to transfer money to or from an account you own at another financial institution to your TowneBank checking or savings account, you can do that using Bank-to-Bank transfers in Towne-Personal or Towne-Biz.

    If you are new to TowneBank loans, please enroll in Towne-Personal Online Banking to use Loan Pay. Your enrollment will be approved within 1-2 business days. Once approved you can log in and schedule a one-time or recurring payment from any eligible account.

    If you have already enrolled in Towne-Personal, just log in to make a payment!

  • Zelle® is a fast, safe and easy way to send money directly between almost any bank accounts in the U.S., typically within minutes1. With just an email address or U.S. mobile phone number, you can send money to people you trust, regardless of where they bank2.
  • When you enroll with Zelle® through your banking app, your name, your financial institution’s name, and the email address or U.S. mobile number you enrolled is shared with Zelle® (no sensitive account details are shared – those stay with your bank or credit union). When someone sends money to your enrolled email address or U.S. mobile phone number, Zelle® looks up the email address or mobile number in its “directory” and notifies your financial institution of the incoming payment. Your bank or credit union then directs the payment into your bank account, all while keeping your sensitive account details private.
  • You must first enroll for Towne-Personal or Towne-Biz Online Banking. Your Online Banking credentials are the same credentials used to login to the TowneBank Mobile Banking app. If you are a Business Online Banking user, you must check with your Company Administrator to make sure your profile is enabled for mobile banking.

    To access your online statements, navigate to TowneBank.com using your browser, log into Towne-Personal/Biz, and select 'Additional Services' from the main navigation. Then, select 'Online Statements'.

If you have family members who look like you, we recommend using your username and password instead of FaceID to log into mobile banking. Certain devices are eligible to enable fingerprint sign-on. If you store multiple fingerprints on your device, including those of additional persons, those persons will also be able to access your TowneBank Mobile Banking app via fingerprint when fingerprint is enabled.

Mobile check deposit is subject to eligibility and further review. Deposits are subject to verification and not available for immediate withdrawal. Deposit limits and other restrictions apply.
