Enhanced Bill Pay User Interface

The TowneBank Mobile Banking App now features a three-tabbed interface for Bill Pay: Pay, Scheduled, Payees.

  •  Pay — Make a one-time payment or get notified for any unpaid eBills.
  •  Scheduled — View the status of all submitted bill payments and delete payments.
  •  Payees — Add a payee, pay a payee, delete a payee, manage an existing payee, see relevant payee information, schedule automatic payments, and view payee payment history.

Set Up, View, and Pay eBills

Enjoy the convenience of having your bills delivered electronically straight to your app as an eBill. Then, access these features from the 'Payees' tab in Bill Pay:

  • Turn on eBills for connected payees
  • View and pay eBills

Schedule Automatic Payments

  • Create and keep track of scheduled payments

View Payment History by Payee

  • View payment history and keep track of amount paid by payee
  • Cancel scheduled payments

Delete Payees

  • Tap on a payee from 'Payees' tab and tap 'Delete Payee'
